SLX-OS version 18r bug

There is a bug regarding SLX version 18r. Whenever hslagtd daemon process is terminated by the system, it can cause initiation of the system to reload/failover for recovery.

It is a bug related to the release note SLXOS ver 20.x

Based on this release note point, the bug can be found in the switch that had a scaled-up configuration and with a very high number of routes learnt with BGP protocol, even the memory or route table system value still has enough space for the learnt route from BGP protocol.

So to solve this bug, we need to upgrade the SLXOS to the 20.x version or above.
